Terms of Service Agreement

By scheduling or receiving services from GreatHouse Elite Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services ProvidedGreatHouse Elite Cleaning provides residential cleaning services based on the agreed-upon quote and scope of work. Services are performed within the scheduled appointment time and include only those tasks discussed and agreed to before the appointment.Services Not Included

Unless specifically quoted and agreed to in writing, the following services are not included:

  • Exterior cobweb removal
  • Sweeping or cleaning walkways, driveways, garages, or exterior stairs
  • Leaf removal, bagging leaves, or yard cleanup
  • Hosing or washing the exterior of the home or patios
  • Pressure washing
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Window washing outside the home
  • Cleaning roofs, siding, fences, or exterior walls
  • Landscaping or lawn maintenance
  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances
  • Climbing higher than a two-step stool
  • Biohazards, bodily fluids, mold remediation, pest infestations, or hazardous materials

Patio or porch sweeping, when included in your quote, is limited to light sweeping of the immediate surface only.

Changes to the Scope of Work

Requests for additional work during the appointment may not be possible due to scheduling constraints. If additional services are approved, they may result in an additional charge or require a separate appointment.

Access to the Home

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If cleaners are unable to enter or services cannot be completed due to lack of access, a cancellation fee may apply.

Safe Working Conditions

GreatHouse Elite Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if working conditions are unsafe. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Aggressive pets
  • Hazardous conditions
  • Unsafe temperatures
  • Electrical or plumbing hazards
  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

Pets

Pets should be secured if they may interfere with the cleaning process or pose a safety risk.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of future services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with an area that was cleaned, please notify GreatHouse Elite Cleaning within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address any areas that were missed. Refunds are not provided for services already completed.

Damages

While every effort is made to handle your home and belongings with care, GreatHouse Elite Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Loose fixtures, tiles, or flooring
  • Faded, damaged, or deteriorated surfaces

Any accidental damage caused during cleaning should be reported within 24 hours.

Right to Refuse Service

GreatHouse Elite Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, unreasonable requests, repeated scope changes, non-payment, or disrespectful or abusive behavior.

Acceptance of Terms

Scheduling or accepting service from GreatHouse Elite Cleaning constitutes acceptance of this Service Agreement.
